سياسة الاسترجاع و الاستبدال - Replacement and return policy 

1- All products sold can be returned only if they are expired or damaged at the time of receipt.
2- Products can be returned or exchanged within a maximum period of 90 days only from the date of receipt, And must meet the listed conditions:
- ¯e product must be in the original condition to be returned.
- Ensuring that the original invoice is identical to the products to be returned.
- Remove/Don’t stick any labels on products requested for return.
- Opened products are not returnable, whether in packaging or carton.
- Any additional costs due to returning the goods shall be charged to the customer, In case it doesn’t meet the
returns conditions and policies.
